So… I came across I Heart Faces fix-it-friday post today. Basically, they post a photo and you can practice with post-processing it… make it better
I LOVE getting a little extra practice in and playing around to figure out different outcomes to different post processing techniques. Well… here is what I came up with today.
The original

A black & white
I adjusted curves a little bit then ran “pink lady” from the black & brilliance collection by My 4 Hens Photography.

And another…
I adjusted curves and ran “kiddy pop” Glee action – sorry can’t remember where I picked up this action at. It’s super cute though isn’t it?

That’s it. I know, I used actions and didn’t to a whole lot else. I like to play with my actions though and see what each of them works best on. Plus, I’m exhausted and ready for bed. Not much time to play tonight.
Goodnight!

So I’d like to set up my Twitter feed on here. I think it’d make things more interesting. Now I just must remember to set it up when I have some time at home on the computer.

Snapped a few pics on my phone when I went to pick up the girls on Friday. Whit had taken some Easter pictures for me so the girls were still dressed up. Love this one of NK.

And of course, I can’t leave out my dear sweet Sarah.
Sarah and I headed out on Saturday together and left Nora home with Daddy. We went to the craft show, then to Bridgestreet and Target. We had a great time! It’s a lot easier to actually shop when it’s just her with me… for now of course. I got to cash in my Ann Taylor gift card and found some great stuff that I can wear to work, as well as some weekend wear that will actually fit me. Now, I just need to clear out all the stuff that doesn’t fit from my closet.
Anyway… I snapped this when we got back home. Isn’t she just (one of) the cutest little girl(s) you’ve ever seen?
hehe

Lately I’m feeling very uninspired and creatively stifled. It sucks!
For the most part, you’ll probably see short little posts from me for awhile. I’d love to write more but I’ve been reduced to using my Wordpress app on my iPhone for the most part. So please forgive my typos.
I do have some wonderful photos to share but those will have to wait till the girls go to sleep tonight. I’ll be back.

So yeah, Easter dresses… I decided that the green gingham dress from Gymboree had too big of a skirt for Sarah (since she doesn’t exactly even sit up yet), it’d be hard to get her in her carseat with it and just wouldn’t be quite as cute. So I thought I’d just exchange the sizes and get Sarah the tulip dress and Nora the green gingham… of course, they didn’t have the right sizes though. So I just returned them all. Figured I’d save some $$ and just use something else that I had already bought.
That was until we were walking through the other end of Bridge Street and walked by Strausburg. I remembered that Nana had bought Nora a beautiful dress last year… and that really, this was the only chance for it to be worn by Sarah before she outgrows it. So… the next deal was to find a new dress for Nora. And so we did…
Here is what the girls will be wearing for Easter… I’m not changing my mind anymore
Sarah will be in the green and Nora in the White/Ivory (obviously, these photos aren’t my children… simply the stock photos from the website)

Done!!
